Hoofer Council

Hoofer Council is tasked with "governance and coordination of the activities of Hoofers and its affiliated clubs, programmatic and education support of Hoofers, its affiliated clubs, and members, assessment of fees sufficient to support the activities of Hoofers, preperation of an operating budget for approval by Union Council and financial oversight of the entire organization, other activities as deemed necessary." Essentially Hoofer Council is the umbrella organization and board of Hoofers, overseeing clubs, promoting cross club programs, and running several large programs (Statue of Liberty, Winter Carnival, Hoofer Haunted Halloween) of its own.

Hoofer Council is comprised of the Hoofer Council Executives (President, VP-Admin, VP-Finance, VP-Programs, and Secretary), Hoofer Council Offices (Various Chairpersons), Club Representatives (All affiliated clubs have one representative to Council), and non-voting members.
