Club Updates:

No club updates

Presidents Report:

• New lab top!
• And Paul is still picking out furniture.
• He has also been added to the core of the planning of Union South.
• Scuba death
• Club are to review safety policies

VP - Finance Report

• CLUB REPS - clubs need to go over reports for the fiscal year - there are still errors!
• Most of the clubs are in the black!
• SnS may be in the red but that is ok
• $1.4 million dollars overall in revenue

VP - Programs

• CLUB REPS - mountaineering, outing, and sailing need to talk to their presidents/vice commodore and have them contact me about MU Bash to make sure planning is starting
• REMINDER Retreat is August 28-30th. Again, let Mindy know if you have conflicts or food allergies ASAP.

Marketing update

• Hoofers twitter - 11 followers
• Draft of Facebook page – approval decision tabled for quorum

South Campus Black Party

• August 29th; during Fall Retreat
• Mountaineering may provide belayers
