Outing:

• New rep!

Mountaineering:

• New rep in the works. Working the SE Block Party.

Scuba:

• Needs A Rep

Riding:

• Is in the black!

Sailing:

• New Commodore and Vice Commodore. Transitioning…

SnS:

• Found a company and risk management for rail jam.
• Planned for during homecoming but denied by homecoming committee.
• Date TBD

Presidents Report:

• Paul is the new ACUI Student Regional Director!

VP-Programs:

• Clubs need reps for MU Bash!!
• Mountaineering and Outing hopefully working on MU Bash because I have not heard from either club…

Retreat:

• Invitations now closed…
• Departure times should be emailed out by the 18th of August

Hoofer Education Series:

• Series to teach things clubs don’t teach. Looking for leaders to lead workshops, free memberships, etc. possible for volunteers.

To-Dos:

Paul – Retreat: plan sessions

Brittney – Enjoy life

Mindy – Retreat: plan sessions; make final food list, chore list, and departure times, finish binders, have Billy reserve Alumni pier for MU Bash, RETREAT!!!

Andrew – Assume SOLO, finalize WFA tentative end Oct. / early Nov., and meet with Drew to market

Justin – Council website, get sketches from Drew, work on all-Hoofer database

Brad – Learn everything, appoint BOC, and attend WUD and hoofer retreat

Erica – Work on MU Bash, Madison Mini Marathon August 29th 6-9am!
