Last meeting’s minutes are approved.

Club update:

Sailing: Lift out went well

Alpine Team: Getting things started, registration was last week. Should have about the same number of people as last year.

Outing Club: Boating season is just about over. Winter stuff is starting to get planned. Like pool rolling and ski trips….umm….still working on website stuff.

Riding Club: Just finished first session of lessons and we have a week off before the next session

SnS: Telluride hotel is all booked up. And it sounds awesome!!! Dates….that’s a good question

SCUBA: Pumpkin Carving was done and then on Thursday we sold some old equipment.

President’s Report:

Went to bowling places….liked it…., didn’t get to go bowling but learned a lot

Database:  Now that I’m done with a lot of stuff I’m going to send out schedules so we can start entering information into the computers. 

Third Advisor Meeting: Met with Hank, good meeting, but it’s looking grim. At least for 2 years because we are locked in a two year budget even though it is now a top priority.

Mindy:

Homecoming parade was on Friday. Went well although it was disappointing that not that many people showed up. Brad dressed a pirate. Sign-up went out for HHH and we are all required to be there for at least two shifts.

Nick: Lower Office Update

Still waiting to hear back from Union Electrical

VP-Admin Appointed

Paul: Introduced Michael Witczak as VP-Admin; appointed by Execs, because he was required to be at Monday’s important Union South meeting

Council interviewed and got to know Mike

Renovation Chair:

Kyle Olsen will likely be the new renovation chair although because he is not a student he will have a different set of responsibilities then student leaders within the club.

Mindy: Next Monday there will be a movie at 8p in the Rath.

To Do’s

Paul: Set up meeting with Andrew and Drew for this week and set up first work party

Mindy: HHH

Brad: Make sure I show up at HHH and provide some sailing club presence.

Andrew: HHH stuff and figure out more details about the coastal navigation course

Nick: Send out minutes and set up time frame for lower office

Caroline: send out outing announcement about events they should come to for HHH and talk to Mindy about the haunted house.

Sarah: HHH

Gina: Design newspaper ad and go to events for HH

Drew: Design other news ad and meet with Paul and make a graphic order for all hoofers display and write content for website

Erin: HHH events and try and get business cards ordered by the end of the week

Billy: Go get pumpkins with Mindy and HHH stuff. We need more people to help with Haunted Ghost Tours.

Jen: HHH event

Austin: All HHH all the time

Martin: Pumpkin dive and HHH events

Mike: Read materials Paul gave me and come to HHH thing…..and raise a glass to us…..and set up a meeting with Kyle and myself.
